OUR GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY
100% Satisfaction Guarantee (Refund Policy):
We guarantee the quality of ALL of our Conch Republic Cigars, and your satisfaction with that quality. If you find a problem with your cigars, please contact us as soon as possible. If we cannot satisfy you with replacements, simply return the defective cigars to us, and we will refund the Full Price of the cigars. We cannot refund shipping charges.
SHIPPING POLICIES:
SHIPPING FOR USA CUSTOMERS:
We ship exclusively through the U.S. Postal Service for all online
orders. When you have completed your order, and are ready to "Check Out",
the Order Form will offer you a choice of Parcel Post (least expensive
and slowest), Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery, and the default selection),
and Express Mail (overnight, most expensive) options for shipping
your order, and will offer you the chance to insure your order.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR
ORDER. WE CANNOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING ERRORS TO UNINSURED ORDERS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
WE DO NOT TAKE
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLINE. If you are not shipping
to a USA address, your order will be VOIDED through our Merchant
Services processor, and you will NOT be charged.
Due to varying national policies regarding personal importation
of cigars, and the wide range of shipping costs, we are unable
to take international orders through our online store. We CAN
take international customer orders via our TOLL-FREE telephone
number (800-317-2167), as long as your home nation permits
importing cigars for personal use. All International Shipping is
via the U. S. Postal Service, and will include a U. S. Customs Declaration
stating the contents as "cigars / boxed".
SALES TAX:
Sales Tax is charged based on the Shipping
Address of the order. All Orders shipped to Florida addresses will be
charged a Sales Tax of 7.5% on the order total.

PRIVACY POLICY :
We value the privacy of all customers,
and do not share any customer information unless authorized by the customer
(for credit card and shipping transactions, for example). We do not store
credit card information for online customer transactions after completion
of the order processing. Any and all customer information which we do
store (names, addresses, etc) is secured and access to such information
is limited to authorized employees.
